鳥 at 和歌山城･動物園　Hens at Wakayama Castle zoo

和歌山城･動物園のめんどりです。私が小さい時は、近所の殆どの家庭は鳥を飼っていました。私の家でも飼っていてペットでした。最近は店で卵、鶏肉が入手できるので殆ど見なくなりました。動物園で鶏を見ると、今でも、他の動物以上に親近感を感じます。

They are hens at Wakayama Castle zoo. When I was a little boy, almost every households were keeping them. My house was also keeping them and they were my pets. Recently, we can get eggs and poultry at shops and therefore we can’t see them around. Even nowadays, I feel most afinity to them than other animals when I am at the zoo.
