フラミンゴ at 和歌山城動物園　Flamingos at Wakayama Castle zoo

和歌山城動物園に白っぽいフラミンゴと赤っぽいフラミンゴが食事をしていました。飼育員に”食べるものによって体の色が変わるのですか？”と質問すると、「種類が違うからです」との事でした。

In Wakayama Castle zoo, whitish flamingos and reddish ones are having lunch with each other. I asked a keeper “The color difference is due to the food they eat?”  Then she replied “They are different kinds and that’s why their color is different.”
