昔は田舎では貴重な卵を産んでくれる鶏がどこにでも飼われていました。私の田舎の家でも飼っていました。ですから鶏には特別な親しみを感じます。
In olden times, hens were being kept at almost every house in the countryside because they produce eggs which were very valuable in those days. The house where I was born also was keeping them. Therefore I have special affinity to them.
